Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their market impact through 2030
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Exceptional strategic planning, data modeling, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation initiatives
