Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and commercialization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
