- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Create competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption risk assessments
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
