Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design implementation frameworks for next-gen solutions including quantum applications and AI governance systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task force with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with venture capital and startup ecosystems
