- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Executive presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
