Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in disruptive innovations
- Build and manage vendor/partner ecosystems for next-gen technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for technology disruption across global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
