Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their potential business impacts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural tech strategy development
