Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with 18-24 month deployment timelines
- Partner with product teams to translate technological capabilities into market-ready innovations with competitive differentiation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on future-facing initiatives
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.) to shape industry discourse and strategic partnerships
- Author annual 'Technology Horizon 2026' report guiding executive decision-making and R&D resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology domains: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech projects with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycles and regulatory landscapes for emerging innovations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-suite, investors, and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or industry keynotes)
