Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives for sustainable and ethical tech implementation
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- PhD or Master's in relevant STEM field or equivalent experience
