Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation hubs and research institutions
- Present futuristic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
- Create innovation frameworks for long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Strategy (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and securing executive alignment
- Strong network in tech innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Boston, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Prior experience in scaling technology startups or Fortune 500 innovation
