Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry predictions and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to identify strategic opportunities
- Design frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future technologies
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
