Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology implementation
- Create competitive analysis reports and technology disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee technology incubation initiatives and pilot program execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience building technology partnerships and ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
