Responsibilities

- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for breakthrough products with $10M+ budget oversight
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proof tech into enterprise architecture
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and startup collaborations
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with data-backed scenarios
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic designation
- Exceptional scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 4+ time zones
