Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
