Responsibilities

- Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain a research roadmap aligned with product goals
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Stay current with UX research methodologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of UX research experience with remote work capabilities
- Proficiency in research tools (e.g., Figma, Maze, OptimalSort)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating research impact and process
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with B2B SaaS product research preferred
