- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish cross-functional collaboration channels between R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
- Curate an internal innovation pipeline with clear commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
