Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to MVP launch
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with vendor/partner ecosystem
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio of past innovation projects and thought leadership
