Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and measure ROI on futuristic implementations
- Partner with C-suite to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision and annual planning
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging tech assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, generative AI)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Certification in technology foresight or futures studies (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
