Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate disruptive technologies into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver breakthrough products
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational projects
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology ROI and market disruption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse architecture, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience securing $5M+ technology budgets and managing vendor ecosystems
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three disruptive technology implementations
