Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess strategic implications for 2026 market landscape
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize R&D investments and innovation initiatives
- Create competitive analysis frameworks tracking global tech disruption patterns
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven forecasting models
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption success and ROI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech-driven business transformation projects
