Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and threats
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global R&D communities and tech policy circles
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Monte Carlo simulations)
