Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, fusion energy, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks for breakthrough technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
