- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business goals and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic insights and actionable recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and benchmark against industry leaders to maintain innovation advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with key innovators, research institutions, and technology providers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
