Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing futuristic technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
