Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption and innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience presenting complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders
