Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Prior startup or innovation lab environment preferred
- Certification in technology management (CTM, CTO, etc.) a plus
