- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI, quantum computing, and biotech initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Oversee patent portfolio development with 15+ annual filings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in Fortune 500 environments
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Experience with $10M+ budget management and stakeholder governance
- Presentation skills demonstrated at major industry conferences
- Fluency in English with additional languages considered a plus
