Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certified in AI ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
- Experience with federal grant applications (NSF/DARPA)
