Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-forward solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience securing $10M+ in tech innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent
