Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web3 paradigms
- Lead market research on disruptive technologies with $1B+ industry impact potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with ESG and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify M&A opportunities in emerging tech sectors (AR/VR, biotech, climate tech)
- Present technology strategy to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching revenue-generating tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Digital Transformation (e.g., CDT, CTS)
- Experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
