Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and corporate vision for 2026
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech fusion) into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation velocity
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access bleeding-edge research
- Present technology foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
