Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies and their potential impact on our industry and business.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including ROI projections and risk assessments.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, including pilot programs and proof-of-concepts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners and thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and integrating emerging technologies into business strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technology trends, including AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing.
