Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging industry trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum AI integration
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in quantum or AI
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting tech products
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for AI/quantum technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Prior startup exit or unicorn leadership experience
