Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry roundtables
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI governance, quantum computing applications, decentralized systems
- C-suite executive presentation experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
