Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation team
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies or products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (preferred)
