Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology disruption assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in tech implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and roadmapping
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
