Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Certifications in futurism, ethics, or sustainable tech preferred
- Experience with cross-continental tech policy advocacy
- MBA or MS in Technology Innovation required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations
