Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Champion innovation through cross-functional workshops and stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessments for experimental technology implementations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and digital transformation best practices
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong business acumen with experience developing commercialization strategies
