- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with $2B R&D budget and market expansion goals
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future technologies into enterprise architecture
- Establish global innovation ecosystems through academic and industry partnerships
- Present strategic insights to boards and investors driving $500M+ funding rounds
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces on regulatory preparedness for 2026 tech landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (e.g., quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety frameworks
- Experience leading $50M+ innovation programs with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science on technology futures
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
