Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain first-mover advantage in emerging tech domains
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies, measuring impact and scaling successful initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching industry-defining innovations with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguity
