Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Certification in agile transformation and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with federal tech compliance frameworks (NIST, CMMC)
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communications
