Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure technical feasibility of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces)
