Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive market disruption models using generative AI
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system implementation
- Drive climate-positive tech initiatives including carbon-negative data centers and circular tech designs
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with 2030 sustainability targets
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI deployment
- Strong background in climate tech and sustainable engineering principles
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (e.g., IBM Quantum, D-Wave)
- Track record of commercializing at least two breakthrough technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
