Responsibilities

- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the incubation of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and prototype viable solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and tech stack upgrades.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for future infrastructure changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic or technical leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
