- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and human-centered design
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ensure compliance with future regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
