Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years leading high-impact R&D initiatives in tech or biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching products with global market impact ($100M+ ARR)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight models or patented innovations
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
