Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough products/services
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with long-term strategic vision
- Build and maintain ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup partnerships
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
