- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and organizational transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable initiatives with measurable impact
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks to maintain competitive foresight edge
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
