Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon-scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing exponential technology prototypes (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech disruptions
- Curate and analyze global innovation signals for competitive advantage
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Strong network with emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPC, APF)
