Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for market adaptation and innovation portfolio
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author high-impact trend reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry publications (e.g., MIT Technology Review, Wired)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
